Not sure if the B/O you've been bombarded with came from actual Arabs given how many immigrant workers there are or you were just encountering manual laborers without the chance to shower/etc.The sexual harassment though is sadly a common theme throughout the region.If their families have been here several generations and they have assimilated into the American culture then they are great.The ones I know, and this includes their families, always keep any white girlfriend a secret.The only experience I have is from being in the Middle East (different places.) I have been ignored in stores, ogled inappropriately, outright denied service and assaulted with olfactory warfare.I'm sure not all Arab men smell bad and are rude, and I know it's a ME culture thing, but it's put me off probably for good. about that, perfume (incense/tree-bark infused with plant oil) is pretty much ingrained in Arab culture.Their parents, especially their mothers would flip out if they even suspected their sons had a white girlfriend.I worked with one lady who had her 25 yo son followed because someone told her they saw him out with a white girl. No idea about the 'taught to pleasure a woman first' bit but personally I would too.
Arab guys are rich, that is true but trust me not all of them!
